General High Powered Rocket Construction Principles
[Everyone]
Everyone will participate in the construction of the overall rocket understanding unique construction techniques to accommodate stresses encountered by high powered rockets.

RockSim Team
[DanielP, RyanS]
Use RockSim to perform CAD (Computer Aided Design) to determine flight characteristics of the proposed rocket design.
Recovery Team
[RyanG, JacobM]
Design, build, load and arm a computer driven dual parachute deployment system.  The system will deploy a drogue chute at apogee, and a main chute close to the ground.  The primary goal of the Recovery System.
Project Team
[JacobG, KatieP]
The core project team is primarily responsible for organizing the documenting the overall project construction of the rocket.  The core project team's primary goal is the documentation and communication to the world of the overall project using pictures, video and diagrams.
Engine Team
[MattP, JacobK]
Understand and build an engine mounting system.  Select, assemble, load and successfully launch a high powered rocket engine.  Ensure the rocket will fit on a standard high powered rocket launching system.
The ETL team's primary goal is to ensure the rocket has appropriate thrust to get to 1 mile altitude AGL.
Video Team
[JackC and JessicaC]
Design and build an onboard video system that will capture a great view of the entire flight from the rocket's point of view.
Design Team
[RachaelS, EllieG]
Responsible for the general airframe design, paint job, and catchy name.
