PAYMENT SCHEDULE 2011-2012
The following is a uniform payment schedule that applies to all Heritage Homeschool Co-op classes for the 2011-2012 school year. The tuition will be collected and given to the instructor as follows:

October 5, 2011 tuition collected for: 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2
November 2, 2011 tuition collected for: 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7
December 7, 2011 tuition collected for: 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25
January 25, 2012 tuition collected for: 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/29
February 29, 2012 tuition collected for: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28
March 28, 2012 tuition collected for: 4/4, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2
May 2, 2012 tuition collected for: 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30
Year-End Party – June 6, 2012
Just a Friendly Reminder:
1. Tuition and material fees for classes are non-refundable.
2. Material fee checks are to be made payable to the instructor. Tuition checks are payable monthly to Heritage and the teachers are then paid monthly. No advance payments for tuition will be accepted but only month to month.
3. IF IT IS NECESSARY TO DROP OUT OF A CLASS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR TUITION ALREADY PAID.

Annual Christmas Party on December 14, 2011
December 15, 2011 - January 3, 2012 - Christmas Holiday
New Year restarts – January 4, 2012
February 22, 2012 – Mid-Winter Break
April 11, 2012 – Spring Break
Snow/Make-up Days:
December 14, 2011 and/or June 6, 2012
Alternate Schedule:
Classes 45 minutes: 10:00 – 10:45, 10:55 – 11:40, 11:40 – 12:10 Lunch, 12:20 – 12:55, 1:05 – 1:50
SAT Testing:
April 10 and 11, 2012
Class Cancelations: Classes may be canceled at any time at the Board's discretion. If class is canceled due to teacher's absence children may be sent to the study hall. In the event of class cancelation/teacher absence, reasonable effort will be made to notify parents prior to class time. If class(es) are canceled, tuition will not be refunded. If a teacher is considering canceling a class, the Teacher Coordinator must be contacted and approval received at least two weeks prior to notifying families.
