The following is a uniform payment schedule that applies to all Heritage Homeschool Co-op classes for the 2010-2011 school year. The tuition will be collected and given to the instructor as follows:

December 8, 2010 tuition collected for: 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26
January 26, 2011 tuition collected for: 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23
February 23, 2011 tuition collected for: 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23
March 23, 2011 tuition collected for: 3/30, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27
April 27, 2011 tuition collected for: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25
Year-End Party – June 1, 2011
Just a Friendly Reminder:
1. Tuition and material fees for classes are non-refundable.
2. Material fee checks are to be made payable to the instructor. Tuition checks are payable monthly to Heritage and the teachers are then paid monthly. No advance payments for tuition will be accepted but only month to month.
3. If it is necessary to drop out of a class, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR TUITION ALREADY PAID.

Alternate Schedule:
Classes 45 minutes: 10:00 – 10:45, 10:55 – 11:40, 11:40 – 12:10 Lunch, 12:20 – 12:55, 1:05 – 1:50
SAT Testing:
Week of April 4, 2011
Class Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled at any time at the Board's discretion. If class is cancelled due to teacher's absence children may be sent to the study hall. In the event of class cancellation/teacher absence, reasonable effort will be made to notify parents prior to class time. If class(es) are cancelled, tuition will not be refunded. If a teacher is considering canceling a class, the Teacher Coordinator must be contacted and approval received at least two weeks prior to notifying families.
