Payment Schedule 2009 - 2010

The following is a uniform payment schedule that applies to all Heritage Homeschool Co-op classes for the 2009-2010 school year. The tuition is collected and given to the instructor as follows:

Friendly Reminders:

  • Tuition and material fees for classes are non-refundable.
     
  • Material fess are to be made payable to the instructor.  Tuition checks are payable monthly to Heritage and the teachers are then paid monthly. No advance payments for tuition will be accepted but only month to month.
     
  • If it is necessary to drop out of a class, you will be bound to satisfy the class tuition for four weeks from the date that you give notice, unless your child’s spot is immediately filled by someone on the class waiting list.

SAT Testing:

Week of April 5th 

Class Cancellations:  Classes may be cancelled at any time at the Board's discretion.  If class is cancelled due to teacher's absence children may be sent to the study hall.  In the event of class cancellation/teacher absence, reasonable effort will be made to notify parents prior to class time.  If class(es) are cancelled, tuition will not be refunded.  If a teacher is considering canceling a class, the Teacher Coordinator must be contacted and approval received at least two weeks prior to notifying families.
